A tiger sleeps in a patch of snow on the edge of the ocean. Beside its large shape lay a battle axe and a long sword both gold. The sword and axe sink, the snow melting around them. Leaving only negatives they sink into the earth and are gone. The tiger wakes, lifting is large head, scanning the area. It stretches and leaving the battle shapes in the snow,...

I was standing on the deck overlooking the pond in Manton California. My shoulder was gently touching my husband’s; it was getting towards twilight, that magnificent time of day when everything is touched by the soft light of the goodbye sun.   The water was glass, flat and endlessly reflecting the sky. Small fluffy clouds paraded by slowly.  I...

Words have power. Knowing what it is you are speaking and being precise about it does matter. I love looking up the definition of words and then playing with that, I have done it before here on my blog, and I’m gonna do it again. 🙂 Let’s talk Radiation. That word is defined simply as the emission of energy as electromagnetic waves or as...

I’ve seen beautiful moving heart wrenching portraits of people being challenged in life. People in situations you just can’t imagine, and yet the photographer captures the beauty on a soul level and transmits it somehow through the image. Yet being the subject of an image like that?

I feel wrapped too tight cushioned. Boxed in. I fight. I struggle The word present floats by As I walk upstairs to bed it occurs to me that I’m being treated like something fragile and precious. I was sitting on an exam table in a small room with a Dr. I’ve never seen before and hearing the words oncologist, and biopsy and still I have no idea why. When I tell him he’s making me nervous and freaking me out he looks confused. He says “When we’re suspicious of lymphoma the biopsy is the next thing to do.”

Incarnation

Tuesday I listened to a show on Raise the Planet. If you are interested in the energies that are shifting planet wide, you will find this radio show very interesting. As I recently listened to the experiences of Lisa Harrison and the rest of her crew as they gathered I remembered this vision I had. I have linked to both Lisa’s website and Allfaaraa’s if you’re interested in reading these stories. Below is the vision I had last January. I wrote this down then, but listening to Lisa, Vera, Bob and Brian’s stories I felt this was significant for me as well. This vision is about the process of incarnation. Specifically my process, but I believe it’s what happens for all of us. Or more to the point, how it did work. Because it’s all changing now.

A Powerful Delivery

Brooke and Danny’s beautiful baby boy was born Thursday June 7th, at 3:41am.  It was a powerful and relatively swift labor, and all are doing great.   Birth is a deeply humbling and reverent experience. I am so happy and honored I was given the opportunity to support this couple as they brought this spirit into the world. We had a last session,...

Doula Session 3: Week 35

Soon after the reading I realized I couldn’t remember anything about it! I put down a note to call Brooke and ask her, but even though we talk all the time I kept forgetting. So are you thinking, really? You don’t remember our readings?? Well yeah, lots of times I don’t. And I think that’s a good thing. Let me tell you why.
